The idea and vision Dr. Salem Humaid Saif Al-Muzaini, came from his belief that sports diplomacy contributes to consolidating and building bridges of understanding and cooperation between different peoples This idea came through the achievements he has made over the years in several fields, including diplomacy, economic cooperation, international trade, his focus on sustainability and environmental projects as well, and his participation in 2018 in building the BIFA BRICS project With the aim of establishing a sports project that embodies human values and provides a platform for uniting countries under the banner of peace, understanding and coexistence

Dr. Salem Humaid Saif Al-Muzaini, Founder and Chairman of The BRICS International Football Alliance (BIFA) Goals is to embody the establishment of a global football association that inevitably contributes to achieving unity among peoples to exchange cultures without involving politics, through sports and football that brings together old players, young players, amateurs and people with special needs from different cultures to create a peaceful competitive environment that contributes to promoting peace among peoples to create a healthy environment for the next generation free of conflicts and full of love, peace and coexistence.
